Procedures, Terms and Conditions

TLDC Marketing – Design, Website Design, and Development Procedures:

At TLDC Marketing, we oversee all aspects of design and website projects, collaborating closely with our affiliate company, Bunnypants Graphic and Web Design Studio.
As your Project Manager, TLDC Marketing facilitates communication and coordination between you, the client, and Bunnypants Graphic and Web Design Studio.
To initiate a project, approval of the quotation and payment of a 60% deposit is required. (or otherwise as indicated on the Quote).
Submitting a deposit signifies agreement to the terms and conditions outlined by TLDC Marketing & Bunnypants Graphic and Web Design Studio. Please be aware that all project deposits are nonrefundable.
We’ll arrange a meeting, either in person or online, to discuss the Creative Brief and project requirements.
Once the project is allocated within our workflow, TLDC Marketing briefs the design team accordingly.
Implementation of initial designs, or website looks, typically takes between 7 to 10 working days, depending on the project’s scope and size.

Additional revisions beyond the initial rounds will incur a fee of R520 per hour.

Our Design Procedures Summarized:

Approval of the quotation and payment of a 60% deposit initiates the process.
We provide you with a Creative Brief Form to be completed.
A meeting, either in person or online, is scheduled to discuss project content and preferences, requiring the completed creative brief and content.
The project is booked into our workflow, and the design team is briefed.
Implementation of the design project follows, typically taking 7 to 10 working days, dependent on content volume.
Proofs are supplied for your selection before finalizing the design style.
Two free revision rounds are included for content changes, each taking approximately 3 -5 working days. Subsequent revisions are billed at R520 per hour.
The process repeats for additional content changes as needed.
Upon finalizing the designs and receiving your approval, we prepare files in high resolution, saving them in all relevant formats specified in your quote/invoice.
We issue the final 40% invoice, and upon receipt of payment proof, we provide the designs in relevant formats via a Dropbox Link.
Please download and store the Dropbox Folder securely, as the link is valid for 14 days.
By making a deposit or full payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of Bunnypants Graphic Design Studio and TLDC Marketing.

Website Design and Go-Live Procedures:

The website design and development process follows a similar structure to the design procedures outlined above.
Upon approval of the quotation, a 60% deposit is required to commence the project.
A Creative Brief Form will be provided for completion.
A meeting, either in person or online, will be arranged to discuss the website project’s content and requirements.
The design implementation phase typically takes 7 to 10 working days to complete.
You will receive two unique website homepage look design options for review and selection.
Two creative revision rounds are included in the pricing for further refinement of the chosen design.
Once final approval of the design and content is received, we will proceed with website build allocation.
You will be provided with a temporary link to view your site online within approximately 2 to 3 weeks for testing and feedback.
Two content revision rounds are provided for feedback on content and functionality.
Upon client approval, the final 40% invoice is issued.
Payment of the outstanding balance ensures the completion of the task. Bunnypants will finalize basic SEO and mobile view setup before introducing the website to Google for indexing.
Additionally, you can opt for a Monthly Backup, Insurance, and Maintenance service to ensure regular plugin updates and backend support.
By making a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of Bunnypants Graphic Design Studio and TLDC Marketing.

Website Back Ups & Plugin Maintenance:

Additionally, can you continue with the Monthly Backup, Insurance & Maintenance fee because new plugin updates will regularly become available on the Backend.

If you choose NOT to take this option, the website is entirely in your hands from this point forward.
Bunnypants/TLDC Marketing cannot then accept responsibility for any problems that may arise, plugins that remain unupdated, or if the website fails to function/get hacked.
If you do not complete your own backups or pay Bunnypants/TLDC Marketing for backups, then we cannot assist in recovering the website should any damage or loss occur after final handover.
