TLDC Marketing worked as the Project Manager on this website project. As project manager we are responsible for planning and overseeing projects within scope, from the initial ideation through to completion. Also coordinating people and processes (creative and technical) to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
